The floor in this mechanical room needed to be sealed. The concrete was prepped by dustless diamond grinding.

Condensation from air handlers had caused the old floor paint in this mech room to fail. Critical equipment is stored directly beneath this room. The concrete must be sealed.
IPS installed our two-coat sealing system to the floor and raised skids. The new floor is impervious to moisture and perfectly protects the equipment in the space below.

The floor in this penthouse was unprotected and had become an environmental and safety concern. Unmarked tripping hazards and multiple breaches in the floor required immediate attention.
